Born in Manhattan, New York, established sculptor Christopher Ross has earned an international reputation for his animal wearable fine art and portrait sculpture. His work has been featured in Vogue, L'Officiel, The Polo Magazine UK, Madame, Prestige, Elite Equestrian, Marie Claire, Condé Nast House & Garden, Elle France, Architectural Digest, Amica Italia, Harper's Bazaar, British Polo Day, New York Magazine, American Express Departure Magazine, Four Seasons Worldwide Luxury Hotel & Travel magazine and appeared on the Covers of Marie Claire and luxury lifestyle bible Asia Tatler (2012-17).

The artist's work is on permanent view at Yale University Art Gallery and the Newark Museum, has been exhibited at the American Museum of Natural History; NY Public Library on Fifth Avenue; the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond and numerous international art shows including Design Miami/ Fendi's Limited Edition Experiences during Art Basel Miami Beach. Other recent exhibits at Carole de Bona's Vendôme Luxury and Brickworld at Le Meurice in Paris, France; Beretta Gallery on Madison Avenue, New York and Chisholm Gallery in Wellington, Palm Beach County (2015).

His limited edition Animal Instinct  was celebrated with a prestigious Golden A' Design Award from Milan, Italy in 2015-16 and nominated by the German Design Council for a German Design Award 2016. The work sold at luxury department stores such as Henri Bendel NYC, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew in Toronto/Montreal and Harrods of London, Great Britain.

Christopher Ross's unique and enduring work was seen in a number of films including the 'Sex & the City' movies and showcased by leading American designers, most recently in Rachel Roy's stunning 2013-14 digital runway show which was broadcast globally from digital, social and print media to WSJ Live TV and ABC NEWS.

He has been a strong influencer on various other brands such as Burberry Prorsum's (Fall 2012) and Gucci's current season (Spring 2017) runway handbags and belts were inspired by his work.

The brand supports various charities such as WWF; The Eve Branson Foundation in Marrakech; Hanover Charities in Montego Bay, Jamaica plus other non-profits such as the Regenerative Medicine Foundation in Wellington and The Explorers Club in New York City.

In 2016 Christopher Ross was elected Hon. Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) in London, England and officially selected artist for the annual Summer Exhibition of the Royal Scottish Academy of Art and Architecture in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom.
