Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Handling Information

From the time you place your order, it normally takes 2–3 business days to process and assemble it. For international shipments please email us at sales@christopher-ross-collection.com

 

Domestic Shipping (within the United States and Puerto Rico)

All delivery is by FedEx or UPS Ground. For Express delivery please email us at sales@christopher-ross-collection.com

FedEx or UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

      

International Shipping (all countries served by FedEx or UPS, including Canada and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico)

All delivery is by FedEx or UPS Priority International. FedEx or UPS does not ship to international P.O. boxes.

The recipient is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes on international shipments. Christopher-Ross-collection has no control over these fees. They are levied by the destination country at the time of entry and must be paid by the recipient in the currency stated on the invoice. Please contact your local customs office for specific information.

 

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
