Born in New York City, Christopher Ross has earned an international reputation for his animal ‘wearable’ fine art. His work has been featured in Vogue, L'Officiel, Madame, Prestige, Harper's Bazaar, Four Seasons luxury travel magazine and on the covers of luxury lifestyle bible Asia Tatler (2012-14).

His work has been shown in the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, in the New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue (art commission) and at the Museum of Natural History, New York. His limited edition sculptural belt jewelry has been retailed by luxury goods department stores such as Bendel's, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew and Harrod's of London, Great Britain. He has exhibited in numerous group shows including Fendi's art show 'Limited Edition Experiences' during Art Basel Miami 2009 and Carole de Bona's Vendôme Luxury and Brickworld in Paris, France.

Christopher Ross’s distinctive luxury belts have been showcased by leading American designers, most recently on Rachel Roy's 2013-14 Fall/Winter digital runway show in New York City. Christopher Ross has been represented by Hunting World NYC, Willis & Geiger, Vivre NYC and nowadays by Beretta Gallery on Madison Avenue in New York and the Chisholm Gallery in Wellington, Florida in Palm Beach County.

His sculptural work is included in the permanent art collections of The Yale Art Gallery in New Haven, CT; The Newark Museum of Art and The Boston Museum of Fine Arts among others.
